Registration Information

・All registration fees are charged in Japanese Yen (JPY).
To accommodate exchange rate fluctuations and payment processing fees, the exchange rate has been fixed at JPY 165 = USD 1.

・At least one author of each accepted paper is required to fully register by June 20 in order for their papers to be included in the conference program and proceedings.

・Registration fees for accepted and registered papers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

・Visa support documents will be issued only after confirmation of full registration payment.

・Participants are advised to read the registration guidelines carefully before submitting their registration.

・For all registration categories, including Onsite Paper Author, Online Paper Author, Summit Attendee, Summit Sponsor, IPSJ Registration, Invited Paper, and others, if it does not apply to your registration, please click the orange “Apply” button for the “Not Applicable” option. You will find it at the bottom of each page.

The accommodations described on this page are planned and executed by Nishitetsu Travel Co. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and the Company will accept the accommodation described on this page in accordance with the「General Conditions of Contract for Travel Service」stipulated by the Company.

Registration Deadline

・Early Bird Registration: Until June 20, 2026

・Regular Registration for Non-Authors Only: Until July 13, 2026

・Accommodation Application Deadline: Monday, July 13

※Late Registration will be open until July 27, 2026. However, banquet tickets and hotel will not be available after the regular registration period. So we strongly recommend early or regular registration.
