- If there are any changes or cancellations to your application, please contact us urgently via fax or email.
- If you cancel your accommodation for personal reasons, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee according to the specified rates. Please note that cancellation fees may vary by hotel.
- The cancellation date is calculated by counting back from the day before the start of the trip (the accommodation date, boarding date, travel date, etc.).
